Exhibit at Manifest Gallery, The 5 Themes Project
Through February 18th
Wilderness: Works Exploring the Beyond, Rural: Works Exploring the Countryside, Suburban: Works Exploring Suburbia, Urban: Works about the City, or City Life Post Urban: Exploring what comes Next URBAN: What does it look like to have so much of human civilization concentrated on one spot? How does the City shape culture, everyday life, and the art of our time? For this exhibit 42 artists submitted 161 works from 19 states and 4 countries, Canada, Japan, Slovakia, and the United States. Seventeen works by the following 11 artists from 9 states were selected by a blind jury process for presentation in the gallery and the Manifest Exhibition Annual publication. I am very pleased to exhibit “Reflections in Ruins” in the Urban theme. Each theme exhibit features tantalizing artistic statements which are beautifully crafted. A must see!! http://www.manifestgallery.org/about/schedule.html
